What is your return/refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your items, but if you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. You can return non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding delivery charges). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Please note: personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged.
What are your delivery timescales (UK orders)?
Most items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for dispatch. Standard delivery usually arrives in 3–4 working days after dispatch. If you need your order urgently, contact us and we’ll do our best to help — in some cases we can offer same/next day dispatch with upgraded shipping.
How do I personalise my order?
Simply fill out the personalisation box on the product page before adding to cart. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and grammar as we copy exactly what you provide.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
We don’t normally send proofs as this delays production, but if you’d like one please request it in your order notes. Proofs may add a little extra time to dispatch.
What if I make a mistake on my personalisation?
If you spot an error after ordering, get in touch straight away. If production hasn’t started, we can amend it. Unfortunately, once an item is made, we can’t refund or replace for customer errors.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages inside cards?
Yes! Many of our items can be sent directly to the recipient with a gift message. Look for the gift message option at checkout, or leave us a note.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we mainly ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch first and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Where are you based?
All our products are handmade in the UK, with care and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on creating thoughtful, personalised gifts that make every occasion truly special.
